We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Artisan Builders, and I absolutely love love love it! Every time I walk into our new bathroom it puts a smile on my face, it is so beautiful! Todd McKinley and his workers were always very courteous and on time, they are very experienced at their jobs and produce beautiful results. We are so happy with our new bathroom that we are anxious to have them remodel one of our guest bathrooms next. Look for pictures of our remodeled bathroom on their website. We have the beautiful large blue tile that looks like ocean waves with white marble for the vanity.

Artisan Builders made our dream a reality. Todd McKinley and his fantastic crew created a space that is not only stunning, but also stayed true to the original architecture and design style of the home. Something that was very important to us. The collaboration between Todd and myself was effortless. Todd and his crew were instrumental in the decision-making process, providing appropriate pros and cons to each decision. Artisan Builders was timely, clean professional, and has a lot of heart.

A while back we had talked about a couple projects on our home. Fixing our concrete walkway to the front door, so the awkward steps were removed. Adding a porch to the granny suite in the back. We got several bids We hadn’t decided what we wanted to do when, one night, I noticed that the back wall in the office had a black spot? On the other side of that wall is the Master bathroom. Yes Mold! Now we know this took precedent over our projects above! We called Artisan Builders to come out and see the problem. Todd McKinley (owner) came out right away. He gave us an estimate for the bathroom remodel. While talking to him, I asked if he bundled the 3 projects (bathroom, porch and walkway) could we get a break in starting time and price. He was wonderful! They came right away, redid the bathroom, added roofed porch and made a new walkway so I don’t have to worry about falling on step. Artisan Builders crew were extremely, prompt, polite and kind. Artisan Builders were extremely honest and upfront with us. Todd kept us informed daily on what would be happening and when. We were very impressed with their service and skills. Todd and crew are also teaching an apprentice the skills! We think this is very important for the future. We highly recommend Artisan Builders and Todd McKinley. Artisan Builders are a local company. Todd’s grandfather started the company. We a just thrilled with them.

We interviewed 3 different contractors when we were ready to begin a large home remodel project at the start of 2021 and selected Artisan Builders after our first meeting with Todd. As we began our project, just like when we had initially met, Todd demonstrated interest in meeting our needs as we worked on our "forever" home! He had great ideas that were current yet aligned with the Mediterranean style of our home. Throughout the project, Todd remained flexible and kept the project moving at a time when the supply chain of materials was a challenge. Today, our family is very comfortable and proud with our unique home. Artisan Builders is highly recommended for their quality, creativity and workmanship that delivered exactly what we asked for. The results of our project include beautiful new hardwood floors, 3 custom tiled bathrooms, an amazing chef kitchen with SubZero and Wolf appliances, new Saltillo tile for main floor, all new windows, custom panoramic doors, all new light fixtures, etc. Just amazing work. Artisan Builders completely and beautifully renovated/remodeled our rain damaged bathroom, and made the old roof good and watertight. We hired Artisan Builders to help us update our master bedroom. They replaced all of the flooring, all of the baseboards, and installed crown moulding. They did an excellent job, were very clean, and punctual. I’d definitely use them again for a future project.
