Artisan Builders recently completed a home renovation for my family that consisted of a new kitchen, master bathroom, flooring, painting, and installation of new external and internal walls, windows and doors. We are very satisfied with the finished result. The entire team is respectful and courteous. They began the project on our agreed upon start date and completed within a reasonable amount of time. We continue to have an excellent relationship with this company who have been back to do odd jobs around the house. Very satisfied!

Working with Jerry Shaw Residential Design we were recommended to interview Todd McKinley of Artisian Builders to put the large project of a paver walkway & building a pergola together for us. We now are proud owners of the Taj Mahal of pergolas & a pretty winding walkway of pavers. Todd & his crew are craftsmen with high integrity & an ease of association. The expertise of all is apparent as is Todd's knowledge, capability & compatibility. The crew are friendly & comfortable to have at our residence. Todd easily works alongside of them & is sure at days end the worksite is left neat. Together they complete their responcibility to perfection. It is our opinion we could not have selected a better construction company than Artisian Builders.

We had an excellent experience with Artisan. Todd is a pleasure to do business with and manages his company exceptionally well. He is incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous about his work. Also he genuinely cares about pleasing his clients and doing things the right way. Everyone at Artisan is highly skilled and does beautiful work. We were in a bit of a rush with our remodel and we appreciated that we never had down time, there was productivity everyday. The crew was incredibly professional and friendly, we felt very comfortable with everyone in our home. They were also very tidy and kept the workspace clean and livable for our small children. Our neighbors even commented on how much they appreciated that his crew cleaned up everyday. I would highly recommend Artisan builders for any size project. Wonderful company.

Artisan Builders just completed two projects in our home. Todd and his crew, Tony, Alex and Pasqual were fantastic. Very professional and hard working. These guys have great ideas and worked very well with us especially my wife who is a graphic designer. We had a very large deck that needed total replacement due to dry rot. Todd and the boys did it complete with lights on the railing. Next they attacked a large empty space under the house and turned it into a hobby room complete with old barn wood walls. It's beautiful. If you are planning a project I recommend you give Todd a call. They truly are artisans.

Excellent contractor, Todd listen to my ideas if what I wanted my bathroom to look like when it was finished. As remodels always go.. we had gluches I was contacted and given choices in the issues .. Todd has a good eye for excellences and quality workmanship ..

Artisan Builders made our dream of having an amazing outdoor space into a reality. After living with a 1000sq foot patio that was deemed a "safety hazard", Todd McKinley and his fantastic crew created a space that is not only stunning, but stayed true to the original architecture and design style of the home...something that was very important us. The collaboration between Todd and myself was effortless. Whether it was choosing decorative tile or arch heights, Todd and his crew were instrumental in the decision making process, providing appropriate pros and cons to each design decision...which we were very grateful. The raised patio was taken down to the ground and skillfully rebuilt. Artisan Builders took extra precautions to ensure a water tight platform to place the pavers and arranged them artistically. We also had the rotunda (80 ft tall) covered in rock, along with two walls facing the patio, a suggestion made by Todd, that created warmth and livability in the large space. A fountain was installed with an outdoor drain, allowing me the accessibility of draining the fountain for cleaning. He replaced the rotunda window that changed our entire view from the stairs, a view that I admire each and every time I go up and down the stairs. They built a fantastic fire pit that my family uses every night...something I'm incredibly thankful for because it has given our family a place to gather and create memories. Artisan Builders was timely, clean, professional and has a lot of heart. Thank you Artisan Builders and Todd McKinley for making my families dream come true.

Artisan Builders and Todd McKinley did a variety of projects at our home. First of all he painted the entire interior of our home (two colors) which is 4,000 sq.ft. and Todd did an excellent job. Our second project was our upstairs deck and patio. It had dry rot on the deck and on the columns that support the deck. Todd was very thorough with his investigation of our deck and gave us an itemized detailed work order of what was needed to correct our deck and patio and also informed us of exactly what needed to be done to bring the deck up to safety standards. Todd was very conscientious and did Excellent Work! What I believe every home owner will love and is just one of his strong points is his respect for the home he is working in and his close attention to care of it while he and his workers are "in and out" doing their job. He paid close attention to all details and especially to my hardwood floors. He leaves the job site clean at the end of each day and he also hired a cleaning lady to come in and clean my home when they were totally completed. I highly recommend Todd McKinley of Artisan Builders. He is a true professional.
